I turn fuzzy ideas into real, working product. Quickly, but with production discipline.

Frame the problem, define success metrics, and map constraints early

Scale

I build the systems and workflows that make a product (and team) compound over time.

Create shared primitives: SDKs, design patterns, analytics, subscription plumbing
Establish delivery cadence, release hygiene, and feedback loops
Reduce complexity through modularity and sensible platform boundaries
Balance "move fast" with operational reality (payments, logistics, integrations)

Lead

I lead through clarity, ownership, and momentum - keeping teams aligned and shipping.

Set direction: roadmap, prioritization, and what not to do
Hire, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional work
Turn strategy into execution: rituals, documentation, decisions, and follow-through
Communicate simply with stakeholders and keep the team unblocked

Letterlife Leading product & engineering for digital tools for people with ADHD (platform architecture, shared SDKs, analytics, subscriptions, delivery).
Umlogger Built a lightweight metrics tracking & monitoring service (API-based tracking, dashboards, alerts, daily email summaries).
Umbra Commerce Founded and built a boutique e-commerce platform supporting B2C+B2B, modular CMS, multi-region/distributor setups, and deep commerce-stack integrations.
Absolut Art Responsible for digital & e-commerce; built custom apps for production/print/fairs (including a robotic signature setup).

Experience

I have built and operated products long-term where real constraints matter: performance, payments, logistics, scale, and maintainability.

As a founder and operator across multiple ventures, I’ve worn a lot of hats and know how to make things work end to end. I come from a full‑stack background, so I’m as comfortable thinking about user experience as I am diving into infrastructure.

I also love platform thinking: creating shared SDKs, analytics systems, subscription models, and integrations that make products more powerful together than on their own.
